Mr. Moran has held a number of senior management positions in Massachusetts state government ranging from Deputy Director of Fiscal Affairs to Director of Medicaid. He has been a management consultant to both public and private sector clients. His professional career has been devoted to
improving the quality of public sector management. He has been
particularly active in the area of health care finance.
